Reuters, February 16, SEOUL According to a police officer with knowledge of the matter, South Korean actress Kim Sae-ron was discovered dead at her residence on Sunday.
One of South Korea’s most promising actresses, Kim, was 24 when she was involved in a drunk driving accident in 2022, which negatively impacted her career.
According to Yonhap News Agency, a friend who was scheduled to see Kim went to her house, found her, and alerted the police.
Yonhap said police did not find foul play.
The police official stated that they are looking into the cause of death, but they did not elaborate.
